Quality Inspection For 6+4 Wear Resistance Plates - Theoretical Knowledge of Thick Wall Galvanized Pipe – XINXIN PENGYUAN Detail:

According to the production and processing methods, it can be divided into the following categories:

① Hot dip galvanized steel plate. Immerse the steel sheet into the molten zinc bath to make its surface adhere to a layer of zinc steel sheet. At present, the continuous galvanizing process is mainly used, that is, the rolled steel plate is continuously immersed in the zinc melting bath to make galvanized steel plate;

② Alloyed galvanized steel sheet. This kind of steel plate is also made by hot-dip method, but it is heated to about 500 ℃ immediately after being out of the groove to form an alloy film of zinc and iron. This kind of galvanized sheet has good coating adhesion and weldability;

③ Electro galvanized steel sheet. This kind of galvanized steel sheet made by electroplating has good processability. However, the coating is thin and the corrosion resistance is not as good as that of hot-dip galvanized sheet;

④ Galvanized steel sheet with single side plating and double side difference. Single side galvanized steel plate, that is, products galvanized on one side only.

What are the manufacturing processes of galvanized steel plate? How to choose a good galvanized steel square plate?

1) Hot dip galvanized steel plate. Immerse the steel sheet into the molten zinc bath to make its surface adhere to a layer of zinc steel sheet. At present, the continuous galvanizing process is mainly used, that is, the rolled steel plate is continuously immersed in the zinc melting bath to make the galvanized steel square plate.

2) Alloyed galvanized steel sheet. This kind of steel plate is also made by hot dip method, but after it is out of the groove, it is immediately heated to about 500 ℃ to form an alloy coating of zinc and iron. This kind of galvanized sheet has good coating adhesion and weldability.

3) Electro galvanized steel sheet. This galvanized steel plate tool is made by electroplating.
